De Oude Kerk Foundation
The Oude Kerk is Amsterdam’s oldest building and parish church. Regular exhibitions, concerts, diners & receptions, weddings and performances are held here.
It’s been granted European Monument status and is one of the top attractions for tourists.
In 2000 (March-October) Vera Poelmann Wolfs was ad-interim director of this oldest monument of Amsterdam. She was responsible for the management and the programming exhibitions, concerts, performances and commercial events.
In that year for the first time the photo exhibition ‘World Press Photo‘ was organized in this oldest monument of Amsterdam.
